The terms that apply when you buy from Taswah Scents. Please read them before placing an order. By ordering, you agree to them.
This website is run by Taswah Scents, a fragrance business based in Pakistan. You can contact us on WhatsApp at +92 336 004 9333.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the items in your bag. We accept it when we dispatch the order. We may call or message you to confirm it before dispatch.
We can decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a clear pricing error, if we cannot confirm the order or the address, or if we have reason to believe the order is not genuine. If we cancel, you pay nothing.
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The delivery fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you order. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier the full order total when your order arrives.
We deliver within Pakistan only. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by couriers, weather, holidays and other events outside our control. See Shipping and returns for current fees and times.
Please check your parcel when it arrives. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
You can return unopened, sealed items within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are on Shipping and returns.
We describe our scents as accurately as we can, but fragrance smells different on every skin, and colours on screen may differ from the real product. Product photos are for illustration.
Fragrances are for external use only. Keep them away from children, eyes and open flames. Test on a small area of skin first, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the laws of Pakistan.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
