We deliver to every city in Pakistan through our courier partners.
Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Around Eid and other busy periods, please allow a little longer.
Every order is paid in cash when it arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can, as couriers often do not carry change.
Before we dispatch, we may call or send a WhatsApp message to confirm your order and address. Orders we cannot confirm may be held.
Once your order leaves us, we send the courier's tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS. You can also message us at any time with your order number and we will tell you where it is.
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened, unused and still sealed in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances or samples that have been opened or used.
Delivery charges are not refunded, and the cost of sending a change-of-mind return is yours.
Glass bottles travel a long way. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or we sent the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo.
We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery, at no cost to you.
If an order is refused at the door or cannot be delivered after the courier's attempts, it returns to us. Repeated refused orders may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
