This website is run by Taswah Scents, a fragrance business based in Pakistan. If you have any question about your information, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 336 004 9333.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and the items you order.
- Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, for example questions or order help.
- Account details, if you create an account: your login details and order history.
- Technical information: basic information your browser sends, such as your device type, and how you arrived at the site (for example from a search engine), which our shop software records with each order.
We do not collect card or bank details on this website, as all orders are cash on delivery.
How we use it
- To process, confirm and deliver your order, including calling or messaging you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To keep records we are required to keep for accounting and legal reasons.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We will only send you news or offers if you have asked us to, for example by joining our WhatsApp list, and you can leave at any time.
Who we share it with
We share your name, phone number and address with our courier partners so they can deliver your order and collect payment. Our website is hosted by a hosting provider that stores the data on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
We use the small files called cookies that the website needs to work: to remember what is in your bag, to run checkout and to keep you signed in. Our shop software also uses cookies to note how you arrived at the site. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies from other companies. If that changes, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and WhatsApp messages for as long as they are useful for helping you. When we no longer need information, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Keeping it safe
The website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order.
